Our classes are fun, challenging and diverse. We focus on full-body, functional exercises that deliver an effective and efficient workout, in a dynamic and supportive environment. No two classes are the same, delivering a workout that’s good for both your body and mind.


The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit, which focuses on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we use them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too. CrossFit Teens
Ages 14-17 years

Our CrossFit Teens program focuses on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Teens are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood. Our 1-hour class includes mobility, strength work, and metabolic conditioning. Each class is professionally coached by a certified CrossFit trainer and never will a class workout be duplicated, ensuring that the mind and body are pushing for new heights in fitness. We move our teens through all the CrossFit movements, albeit at lighter weights and lesser intensities than the adult programming, ensuring that we lay down a great fitness foundation for the future. Because we focus on building a community where there are mutual respect and encouragement, our teen athletes build self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships with others. CrossFit Teens is appropriate for students looking for a strength and conditioning program to supplement their main high school sport as well as those using CrossFit as their sport of choice.
